Raffaele Chiarelli

Graduated in Law from the University of Rome in 1963. Since 1997 prof. full professor of public law institutions at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Perugia, where, in 1999, he was also awarded the teaching of public economic law. From 1993 to 1994 he taught immigration law and elements of international and European law at the specialization course in intercultural pedagogy of the Faculty of Educational Sciences of the University of Bari. Since 1980 he has been a corresponding member of the Institute of Constitutional and Political Law of ‘ University of La Plata. Since 1976, extraordinary professor of public law institutions at the Faculty of Education of the University of Bari and, since 1979, prof. ordinary in the same Faculty. From 1970 to 1976 ordinary assistant at the chair of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Naples. Free professor of public law institutions since 1968. Since 1967 prof. responsible for teaching institutions of public law and school legislation in the Faculty of Education of the University of Bari. Volunteer assistant to the chair of Labor Law since 1964 in the Faculty of Economics and Commerce of the University of Rome and, since 1967, ordinary assistant of Public Law Institutions in the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Pisa.
