Graduated in Law with specialization in International and European Law, PhD in Comparative and International Public Law and qualified CRI Advisor for the application of International Humanitarian Law. He worked for UNICRI and the Anti-Drug Policies Department (Presidency of the Council of Ministers) as well as in the online courses of Oltreillimes, LiMes and SIOI.
