The WIIS Italy Mentoring Program<\/strong> is designed to encourage the professional development of women working in the field of international affairs, security and defense.<\/p>\n\n

It offers professionals in the sector the opportunity to strengthen their skills and soft skills, share challenges and opportunities, progress in their careers with the support of experienced professionals.<\/p>\n\n

The program includes individual meetings based on a direct relationship between mentors and mentees<\/em>; and moments of training shared in groups under the banner of female leadership. <\/p>\n\n

The results of the selection and the mentees<\/em>-mentors combination will be communicated by October 15. The program period will be from October 2022 to March 2023.<\/p>\n\n
