He is Full Professor of Comparative Public Law at the University of Rome \u201cLa Sapienza\u201d in the Department of Social and Economic Sciences of the Faculty of Political Sciences. The European constitutional experience\u201d (2018). From a non-academic point of view he was a member of the “Commission of experts for constitutional reform” – the so-called. commission of wise men – appointed by the President of the Republic which operated in the two-year period 2013-2014.
