He is the scientific director of the Geopolitica.info Research Center (www.geopolitica.info), which he founded in 2004. He is a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council (Washington, D.C.), where he is affiliated with the Europe Center, and a Research Fellow at the European Union Center of National Taiwan University in Taipei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2015, he has taught the \u201cInternational Organizations\u201d module in the Joint Staff College (ISSMI) program at the Center for Advanced Defense Studies (CASD). Since 2021, he has collaborated with the Observatory on International Politics of the Parliament and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI), as well as with the MAECI\u2019s Unit for Analysis, Planning, Statistics, and Documentation.
