Managing Director Walter Tosto and Vice President of Confimi Industria with responsibility for nuclear energy<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Luca Tosto, Managing Director of Walter Tosto SpA, was elected member of the Board of Directors of the Italian Nuclear Association (AIN) in the \u201cEntrepreneurship\u201d section. The non-profit technical-scientific association chaired by Umberto Minopoli represents all the centers of expertise existing in Italy in the field of energy and nuclear technologies. It is proposed, in the interest and for the civil progress of the country, to constitute a meeting, discussion and union point between those \u2013bodies, institutions, businesses and natural persons \u2013 interested in the development of peaceful applications of energy and nuclear technology in harmony with international and national safety standards and the EURATOM Treaty. The Association in particular pursues the aim of developing and representing, at national and international level, qualified positions and opinions concerning nuclear initiatives and problems, as well as maintaining relations with national, international and supranational bodies in the nuclear sector and with similar organizations existing in other countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The AIN represents the Italian nuclear system within the European Nuclear Society (ENS) and the European Atomic Forum (FORATOM), the European Commission and the European Parliament.
