In the years 2006 and 2007 he was Project leader of the European Twinning project in support of the CSM of Albania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From 2007 to 2014 he was an advisor to the Court of Cassation, assigned to the section responsible for crimes in specialist matters (construction, urban planning, food, waste, tax violations and more) and therefore a member of the United Criminal Sections.
