Ms Reema Shaukat is a seasoned analyst on International and Maritime Affairs. She frequently contributes her scholarly writings on contemporary issues to domestic and international print media. She appears regularly on mainstream media to express her opinion on current affairs. Ms Reema holds Masters in Defence and Strategic Studies and Mass Communication\/Journalism. Besides, she has done various national and international level courses including National Media Workshop and National Security Workshop from National Defence University Islamabad. Maritime Security Workshop from Naval War College, Lahore and National Workshop Balochistan with Government of Balochistan. She has also undergone extensive courses and workshops on capacity and narrative building about CPEC by Ministry of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives. She was nominated as brand ambassador for youth of Gwadar on decade of CPEC. Ms Reema has been a visiting fellow with International Institute of Peace & Development Studies, Thailand where she completed her fellowship on Peace and Conflict Transformation in year 2017. In December 2024, she completed her fellowship for Visiting Researchers\u2019 Program by Centre of Analysis of International Relations (AIR Centre, Baku Azerbaijan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her scholarly work is often credited by the researchers of international relations and social sciences.
