Associate Professor History of International Relations, Roma Tre University<\/p>\n\n\n\n


In 2006 Giulio Gavarini gained a Ph.D. in International History at the University of Florence, Italy. Since then, he worked as a history professor and research fellow at numerous international institutions and universities, such as the University of Bologna and the New York University (NYU) of Abu Dhabi. Furthermore, he published several books of historical analysis, the most recent of which is Rise and Fall of OPEC in the 20th Century (Oxford University Press, 2019).
He is currently a professor of International History at the University of Rome Roma Tre, where he has been working since 2019, and he writes for various newspapers about contemporary European issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
