Writer and professor of European Law
Graduated in Law at the University of Rome La Sapienza, he is a professor of European Union Law. He currently teaches European Union law and private and procedural international law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Macerata. He is also a lecturer in EU Law at the Murdoch Summer School, organized by Murdoch University in Perth. Expert in administrative, international and European law, he has dealt with tenders, competition, European funding, recognition of diplomas obtained abroad, matters of jurisdiction, relations with foreign legal systems, recognition of sentences. He has worked on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and has been a speaker at various conferences. He is the author of about one hundred publications in Private International Law, European Union Law and International Law. He is also the author of several works on various aspects of European integration and on private and procedural international law.
