Antonio Iannuzzi is Associate Professor of Public Law Institutions at the Roma Tre University. Since 2018 he has been qualified as a full-time professor. He is Deputy Director of the Interdepartmental Research Center for Political-Constitutional Studies and Comparative Legislation (CRISPEL). He is a member of the Board and lecturer of the II level University Master "Responsible for the protection of personal data. Data protection officer and Privacy expert ", at the Roma Tre University. He is a lawyer. He was legal advisor and expert at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of the Environment. He is the author of numerous essays, mainly on the subject of sources of law, constitutional justice, the relationship between law and technology, and of some scientific monographs, including "Il right overturned.
