Lorenzo Trapassi

Diplomat.

Lorenzo Trapassi entered diplomacy in 2009 and is now involved in the training of Foreign Ministry personnel, with particular attention to the issues of public diplomacy, gender equality and European integration. Previously he served at the Italian Embassies in Brasilia – first as head of the Consular Office and then as head of the Economic Office – and in Berlin, as head of the Ambassador’s secretariat. Graduated in Law from the LUISS Guido Carli University and qualified as a lawyer, he is active in the Alumni Association of his university and has published three monographs and a series of essays on legal matters and in the field of international relations. He currently teaches a course in contemporary history at the University of Teramo.
