Giulia De Luca is an Italian journalist. Expert in Latin America, she began her experience on the continent in 2008 for Ansa in Buenos Aires and continued as a freelancer for various Italian and international newspapers. She works in the editorial office and as a speaker for Radio3 Mondo.
