Andrea Monaco works at the International Italian-Latin American Organization (IILA), in particular at the European Cooperation Service where he has managed the European Union’s cooperation programs since 2013. After 8 years in the EUROsociAL program (regional support to strengthen policies of social cohesion), is currently responsible for the AL-INVEST Verde program which supports sustainable value chains in Latin America.
