Franco Masenello is a multifaceted entrepreneur, who has been able to integrate his entrepreneurial propensity with social commitment. Founder in 1991 of B. M. Tecnologie Industriali and in 2015 of 2f Water Venture, companies specialized in the provision of services in the Integrated Water Service, Masenello was the creator of the Viviautism Onlus Association and the Diversity Life Foundation, associations that assist autistic children and their families. In 2016 he took on the role of Councilor of the Padua Chamber of Commerce and since 2017 he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the SMACT Competence Center Veneto. In 2023, with the entry of B. M. Tecnologie Industriali Spa Società Benefit and 2f Water Venture Srl Società Benefit into the Almaviva Group, he assumed the role of CEO of both companies.
