Daniela Huber is Associate Professor in the Political Science Department of Roma Tre University. She has led the IAI’s “Mediterranean, Middle East and Africa” programme from 2019 to 2022 and has been co-editor of The International Spectator until 2026. Her research interests include IR theories and methodologies, international relations and contemporary politics in the Middle East, as well as EU and US foreign policy towards the Middle East. On these topics, she coordinated the Horizon 2020 MEDRESET project (2016–2019) and has published two monographs, 22 peer-reviewed articles, 10 edited books and special issues, and numerous book chapters and policy papers.
