Estonia’s Ambassador to the Holy See, as well as Ambassador-at-Large for Nordic-Baltic cooperation

Celia Kuningas-Saagpakk is an Estonian diplomat with a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Tartu. Since joining the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1997, she has held senior positions including Consul in New York, First Secretary in Paris, Director of the Eastern Europe and Central Asia and Director of Asia and the Pacific. She has served as Estonia’s Ambassador to Italy, Malta, San Marino, Slovenia, and Croatia, and since 2020 has been the Ambassador to the Holy See. Currently she is also the Ambassador-at-Large for Nordic-Baltic Cooperation.
