Lucia Luzietti is an Italian engineer and senior executive specializing in Earth Observation, satellite data analysis, and the use of geospatial technologies for emergency and security management. She graduated with honors in Environmental Engineering from the La Sapienza University in Rome and subsequently obtained a PhD in Civil Engineering, with a specialization in the monitoring of ground
deformation through geodetic and satellite-based technologies.
She joined Telespazio in 2007 and subsequently joined e-GEOS in 2009. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in Earth Observation applications for emergency management, civil protection, security, and humanitarian response.
