He is Digital leader of the European Commission in Italy, for which he takes care of the digital communication strategy. He created and developed the network of creators and new media, as part of public diplomacy activities. In 2022 he received the national Digital News Award from AIDR – Italian Digital Revolution Association.
Graduated in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Parma. He studied at the University of Bath in the United Kingdom and at the University of Lapland in Finland, thanks to the Erasmus+ programme. Specializing with honors in Government and Politics – Communication and new media, at the University “LUISS Guido Carli” in Rome, with a thesis entitled “Governance Perspectives for Artificial Intelligence”. He obtained the Executive Master in “Digital Policies and Technologies” at the School of Government of the same university, with an in-depth study on the European Digital Services Act. From 2018 to 2020 he dealt with institutional relations, with a focus on digital policies. He is also a Junior Fellow of the Center for American Studies, a member of the Global Shapers Community of the World Economic Forum, and a member of the Youth Consultation of the Courtyard of the Gentiles (Vatican Dicastery for Culture and Education).
