The WIIS Italy Mentoring Program is designed to encourage the professional development of women working in the field of international affairs, security and defense.
It offers professionals in the sector the opportunity to strengthen their skills and soft skills, share challenges and opportunities, progress in their careers with the support of experienced professionals.
The program includes individual meetings based on a direct relationship between mentors and mentees; and moments of training shared in groups under the banner of female leadership.
The results of the selection and the mentees-mentors combination will be communicated by October 15. The program period will be from October 2022 to March 2023.
