Magistrate of the Italian Court of Auditors
Andrea Giordano is a Magistrate of the Court of Auditors, where he deals both with jurisdiction and, in additional assignment, with control over the management of the State Administrations; he also composes the Joint Sections of the Court of Auditors in a consultative and deliberative seat. He is Judge of the National Federal Court of the FIGC He has been State Advocate at the State Advocacy General, where he has dealt with administrative, tax, civil, criminal, European litigation (with defenses before the EU Court and the Court of Justice) and international law (in particular, as a member of the international legal team of the Avvocatura, in arbitration relating to investment law, energy and environmental law, as well as with defense before the ECHR), and, before that, State Attorney at the District Attorney of the State of Palermo.
