European Parliament Representative in Italy
He joined the European Commission in 1983 and has held various responsibilities in the Financial Control DG responsible for the audit of the EU Structural Funds. In 1995 he was called to join the cabinet of European Commissioner Emma Bonino. He also collaborates with the master’s programme in European integration of the University of Padua.
