Federica Calvetti is a sustainability expert with over two decades of experience in the financial sector. She joined Eurizon in 2021 and currently serves as ESG Coordinator and Sustainability Manager, leading sustainability and corporate governance practices through close collaboration with management, investment departments and control functions.
Previously, Federica was Head of ESG for the debt capital markets in EMEA at Deutsche Bank AG, where she gained extensive experience over more than 16 years, during which she led ESG dialogues with leading industrial companies and contributed to the development of the sustainability-linked bond market in Europe. During her career, she participated in the Task Force created by the UK Oil & Gas Authority (now North Sea Transition Authority) on transparency and reporting for investors.
Federica holds a degree in Economics of Institutions and Financial Markets from Luigi Bocconi University and certifications in ESG Investing (2021) and Climate & Investing (2023) from CFA UK.
