Federico Iadicicco

Federico Iadicicco is an entrepreneur born in Rome in 1974. Since 2013, he has served as National President of Anpit-Azienda Italia, an employers’ confederation recognized as the most representative by the Ministry of Labor, and was unanimously re-elected during the 2nd National Congress in 2020.

After graduating in Economics and Business, he obtained a Master’s degree in “Market Globalization and Consumer Protection.” In 2010, he participated in the training course for local administrators “Local Governance and the European Union” organized by the University of Roma Tre and the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Department of Regional Affairs. He is a subject expert at the Faculty of Economics of the Ecampus University. In 2020, he participated in the Mefop professional training course, organized by La Sapienza University of Rome for specialists in integrated welfare, with particular reference to the supplementary pension sector.

From 2008 to 2012, he was Deputy Vice President of the Culture Commission of the Province of Rome. From 2018 to 2019, he was appointed to the board of directors of the Bracciano Martignano Regional Nature Park Authority.

He is currently National Vice President of Enbic, the Bilateral Confederation Authority. He was National President of Enbims, Bilateral Agency for Metalworkers and Services, from December 2013 to July 2021.

He chairs the board of directors of Centro Studi Articolo 46 – Impresa e Partecipazione, a research, dissemination, and training institute set up to support the activities of Anpit.
He directs Osbes – Observatory on the sustainability and economic and social well-being of SMEs: a body established by Anpit and Lumsa University in Rome to promote and enhance, among other things, the participatory elements of work organization in companies and encourage forms of industrial relations aimed at overcoming conflict between employers and trade unions. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Svimez, the Association for the Development of Industry in Southern Italy.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of Fondazione Valore.

He is co-author of the book ‘Santi eroi imprenditori’ (Holy Hero Entrepreneurs). Stories of trades and communities’, Historica Edizioni 2017, and author of several articles on political and economic issues. He is the author of the book ‘Delle Cose Nuove’ (Of New Things). Beyond Globalism and Sovereignty’, Giubilei Regnani 2022. He edited the publication of ‘Italia Futura: Ideas and Proposals for Economic and Social Rebirth’.

He is a professor of Civil Economics at the Pontifical Salesian University.
