Food historian, he earned a Ph.D. in History at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and the Roma Tre University. Since 2022 he has been a contract professor of Deep Tech, Robotics, Biotech, Cleantech, Agritech, Foodtech and Global Food Systems, Master in Law, Digital Innovation and Sustainability, Luiss – Free International University of Social Studies Guido Carli. Member of the list of researchers of the IEHCA – L’Institut Européen d’Histoire et des Cultures de l’Alimentation and co-founder of the International Society for Gastronomic Sciences and Studies. He founded RO.ME – Museum Exhibition, the largest and most qualified Italian fair for museums, places and cultural destinations.
