Gianluca Sgueo is Professor of “Digital Democracy & Public Spaces” at the Ecole d’Affaires Publiques of SciencesPo, and Senior Associate Researcher at the Centre for Digitalization, Democracy & Innovation of the Brussels School of Governance. Since 2023 he is Digital Department Director at Fondazione Luigi Einaudi, in Rome. He published extensively in the fields of democracy, digital transformation and public sector innovation.
