Consultant, trainer and disseminator specialized in Privacy and Cybersecurity and former DPO of the Carabinieri

Founder and sole director of DATA FABER srls, a company specialized in training, consultancy and planning on the topics of data protection, digital security and risk management.

Formerly General of the Carabinieri, DPO of the Army and Recruiter in the military field, today he works as a consultant, trainer and disseminator in the fields of privacy, cyber security and risk governance.

Graduated in Law (University “La Sapienza” of Rome) and in Internal and External Security Sciences (University of Rome Tor Vergata), with Masters and Specialization Courses at the State University of Milan, he has a military path of excellence behind him: Nunziatella Military School of Naples, Military Academy of Modena, Carabinieri Officers School, Civitavecchia War School, as well as specializations in mountaineering, in parachuting and as Selector Expert Officer (Recruiter in the military field).

Today it accompanies public and private leaders in understanding and applying rules such as GDPR and NIS 2, transforming them into strategic levers of defence, reputation and operational continuity.

He is a UNI CEI EN 17740:2024 certified DPO, ISO 27001:2022 Auditor/Lead Auditor, member of the Scientific Committee of the ASAPIENS Institute and teacher in preparatory courses for the certification of DPOs.

Author of manuals and essays including: “Cyber security and privacy operational notebook”, “The NIS 2 organizational model (MONIS)”, “Privacy compliance: Paths for businesses and PAs”, “The DPIA in smart cities”, as well as numerous articles in specialist journals.

Its work combines strategic vision, legal rigor and operational capacity, with the aim of spreading culture and concrete tools for data protection and cyber security tailored to real people and organizations.
