Guido Stratta, from Turin, graduated in Law, is the founder and president of the Academy of Kindness. He has always been involved in Human Resources. From 2020 to 2023 he held the role of Director of People and Organization in Enel, a group he joined in 2003, holding other important roles over the years, including: Head of People Development and Senior Executives Business Partner; Human Resources Manager of Enel Green Power; CEO of Enel.SI. His professional career began in 1988 at the Italgas Group, where he held various roles in the HRO field, including Head of Industrial Relations and Compensation. In 2001, he joined the Wind Group covering various roles including Industrial Relations Manager and Development and Management Manager.
