Kristen Engving

Kristin Engvig is the founder of WIN, a global movement that has been inspiring, training and connecting women leaders around the world for over 28 years. The movement promotes a more harmonious paradigm for the world, the workplace and life.

With an MBA in Economics and International Management from Bocconi University and a strong background in the creative and spiritual arts, Kristin Engvig combines her entrepreneurial vision with human relations.

Growing up in a family of photographers spanning five generations on the west coast of Norway, she developed a lifelong love of nature, beauty and perspective. She has interviewed thousands of prominent leaders around the world, lectured in more than 40 countries and created transformative programmes that have connected a multitude of women with each other, with the future and with their purpose in life.

In addition to pioneering a movement for women around the world and authentic female leadership pathways, she also led the first Diversity Learning and Network Group in Europe, working with over 100 of the world’s leading companies to create thriving organisations. She has chaired three events at the United Nations and brought WIN programmes to Africa, Asia, the Middle East, the United States and most European countries. She has received numerous prestigious awards for her work with women, promoting inclusion, and advocating for peace. She is also a proud mother, writer and presenter.
