Latica Tomasic Kickert

Senior Adaptive Leadership expert, and the recipient of the 2021 Harvard Kennedy School Dean’s Award for Excellence in Teaching, for her work alongside the founder of the Adaptive Leadership Framework, Dr. Ron Heifetz and his team.

She works with universities, governments, organizatons and individuals, and has trained senior executives, politicians, public officials, non-profit leaders, social activists, startup-founders, innovators, entrepreneurs, innovators and graduate students from across the globe. She is currently based in Rome, and teaching in the USA, Asia, Africa and Europe.

In her Leadership work, Latica particularly focuses on the applications of Adaptive Leadership for the public sector, non-profits, women and minorities, in sustainable development and innovation – wherever the disruption of the status quo is necessary to achieve systemic improvement.

Ms. Tomašić Kickert’s work draws on ample experience working in the public sector, and within the United Nations community in New York, where she led the Women’s International Forum, and in teaching and coaching leaders globally.

Latica has trained professionally in the US (Harvard Kennedy School of Government); France (Ecole Nationale d’Administration); India (ITEC, RIS), and Croatia (Zagreb University, Diplomatic Academy).
