Head of the General Office for Military Aviation and Meteorology (AVIAMM)
He graduated in Aeronautical Sciences from the Federico II University of Naples, in International Strategic Military Studies, and International and Diplomatic Sciences from the University of Trieste. He is currently a member of the Executive Council of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO).
Knight of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic in 2007.
