Luca Salvatici

Full Professor of Economic Policy, he received his Master of Science and PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of California at Davis. From 1991 to 2003 he was a member of the Department of Public Economics at ‘La Sapienza’ University of Rome. From 2003 to 2010 he was a member of the Department of Economic Management and Social Sciences at the University of Molise. Since 2011, he has been a member of the Department of Economics at ‘Roma Tre’ University, where he is a member of the Board of PhD teachers and coordinates the Master’s Degree in Economics of the Environment, Labour and Sustainable Development. Luca Salvatici is a member of the Editorial Board of the Italian Economic Journal and Economía Agraria y Recursos Naturales, and Editor of the NEP report on International Trade. He is coordinator of the Doctorate in Economics at the Department of Economics of the Roma Tre University, member of the International Trade Research Consortium and has been a consultant for various international agencies: The World Bank, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, European Parliament, German Marshal Fund, International Food Policy Research Institute. His articles have appeared in: Energy Economics; European Review of Agricultural Economics; Journal of Economic Surveys; Review of International Economics, Journal of Global Economic Analysis, American Journal of Agricultural Economics, Review of World Economics.
