Marco Benvenuti is currently Associate Professor of Public Law Institutions at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. Graduated with honors in Law in 2003, he has been a co-supervision PhD with a European label at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and the University of Montpellier I since 2007 and has obtained the national scientific qualification as professor since 2014. first level for the competitive sector of Constitutional Law. He is a member of the teaching board of the doctorate in public, comparative and international law, as well as a Junior Research Fellow of the School of Advanced Studies at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, and since 2017 he has held a “Jean Monnet” module from European Commission on issues of immigration and citizenship law.
