Marco Carrara

Marco Carrara, a professional journalist, is the youngest Rai presenter: born on 1 May 1992, he has worked for Rai for 12 years and has hosted information programs since he was 25. He is the host and author of Timeline, the Rai 3 program that analyzes the world of social media, and is the face and author of Agorà, the Rai 3 political talk show. He was born in Alzano Lombardo and grew up in Nembro, the two Bergamo municipalities heavily affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, a topic he covered live day after day. He is UNICEF NextGen ambassador and FAI Fondo Ambiente Italiano ambassador, face of the Telethon marathon against rare genetic diseases and TEDx speaker, where he gave a speech on the phenomenon of cherry picking and fake news.
