Extraordinary professor of international relations at Link Campus University, he teaches at other higher education institutions. It’s in the governance of various profit and nonprofit organizations. Former Director General at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador to Iraq, to the Political and Security Committee of the European Union and to Ethiopia. He was a Board Member of the ICE Agency. He is the author of volumes, essays and articles on European integration, Middle East, Africa, migration issues, security, crisis management, energy and ecological transition, international economy.
