Confagricoltura executive board
Born on 23 February 1966, agrotechnician, member of the Farming Family Business Union, he manages approximately six hundred hectares with an extensive focus in the municipalities of Ferrara, Argenta, Copparo, Portomaggiore and Riva del Po. From 2001 to 2004 he was President of the Ferrara Section of the National Association of Young Farmers and from 2004 to 2007 he held the position of Treasurer of Confagricoltura Ferrara. From 2004 to 2006 Board Member of SIFER SpA, collection company of CARIFE and Antonveneta. From 13 April 2005 to 2010 member of the Steering Body of the Cassa di Risparmio di Ferrara Foundation. From March 2006 to 2009 he was a member of the Administrative Committee of the Reclamation Consortium II Polesine District of San Giorgio. From 21 June 2007 to May 2013 he was President of Confagricoltura Ferrara. From October 2007 to May 2013 he was President of UPA SERVIZI srl, a tax and technical-economic assistance service company affiliated with CAA Confagricoltura and CAAF Confagricoltura. From 2009 to 2010 he was a member of the Board of Directors of Banca Popolare di Roma. From 20 April 2009 to 2012 he was Vice President of Confagricoltura Emilia Romagna (over 15,000 agricultural businesses and 400 thousand associated hectares) and Vice President of CAA Confagricoltura. From 2009 to today he has been a member of the company BAURA BIOGAS srl. From 2010 to 2012 he was a Board Member of Agrisviluppo srl, an investment company in the agro-industrial sector for the development of agroenergy throughout the national territory. In the same period he was President of EnergyTellus, an operating company of Agrisviluppo srl. From 2012 to 2014 he was President of some special purpose companies in the renewable energy sector: Agrisviluppo srl, Anb Holding SpA, Galastena srl, San Giuseppe Agroenergia Soc. Agr. Consortium at rl. From October 2010 to the beginning of 2014 he was a member of the Board of Directors of the Cassa di Risparmio di Ferrara Foundation. Since 2019 he has been President of the Conductor Renters Union in Economics of Confagricoltura Ferrara. Since 2014 he has been Administrator of the Ferrara Chamber of Commerce. Since 2018 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of ANB COOP Società Cooperativa Agricola SpA. Since 2019 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of ENAMA (National Agency for Agricultural Mechanization) based in Rome. Since September 2020 he has been President of the F.lli Navarra Agricultural Foundation of Ferrara. Since November 2020 he has been a member of the National Council of Confagricoltura. Since November 2023 he has been President of ANB (National Association of Beet Growers)
