Nicolò Sorio is a Ph.D. candidate in Political Studies at the Department of Political Science at Sapienza University of Rome. He is Secretary General and Head of Human Resources at the Geopolitica.info Research Center and a member of the Center for the Study of Democracy and Political Change (POLIDEMOS) at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart. Since 2022, he has served as a consultant to the Third Committee on Foreign and Community Affairs of the Chamber of Deputies. His research interests include hybrid regimes, processes of democratization and autocratization, and their relationship to the international order.
