Formerly Full Professor of Business Economics and Management and Corporate Strategy at Luiss University since 2004. He was Director of the Luiss Business School from 2015 to May 2022. He is Director of the “Franco Fontana” Center for Research in Strategic Change and Co-Director of the Board Academy Program at Luiss Business School. His main areas of expertise are Business Strategy and Strategic Planning, Corporate Organization, and Innovation and Operations Management.
He is a member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Related Parties Committee, and a member of the Control and Risk Committee at Telecom Italia for the three-year period 2021-2024.
He was an independent member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of UBI Banca.
