Rosa Manzo is an Italian legal scholar specializing in international, environmental, and climate law. She was an associate professor of law at the University of South-Eastern Norway and is currently conducting research at the Faculty of Law at the University of Bergen. She studied at the Catholic University of Milan and the University of Oslo, where she went on to earn a PhD in climate change law. During her academic career, she was selected as a Fulbright Schuman Scholar and received the Ryoichi Sasakawa Young Leaders Fellowship Fund (SYLFF) in 2017. Her work focuses primarily on climate justice, environmental law, international agreements, and the regulation of climate technologies, including carbon capture and storage.
