Born in 1984, he graduated in Telecommunications Engineering with honors from the University of Palermo in 2009. Since 2021 he has been R&D Manager in the IT Market Domains Practice & Governance division of AlmavivA, which includes all research and development on the domains: Agriculture, Ecological Transition, Digital Health, Culture & Tourism, Smart PA and Augmented City. He participated in the implementation of innovative projects for central and local public administrations, including Mipaaf and AGEA, the implementation of the 2014-2020 CAP. Previously, he held responsible positions in 2010
projects for the Central Public Administration always in the agricultural field and has been present in the sector for over 13 years.
