The Right to Health: A Collective Responsibility

The right to health is a fundamental human right, recognized by numerous international treaties and the Italian Constitution (Article 32). It involves not only access to care, but also the protection of the physical, mental, and social well-being of each individual.
However, today this right is often threatened by economic, environmental, and social inequalities. Health crises, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, and the impact of climate change have highlighted the urgent need for more equitable, accessible, and resilient healthcare systems.
This project aims to explore the concept of health as a common good, promoting reflection on prevention, equity in access to healthcare services, and the role of institutions. Ensuring the right to health means investing in the future, dignity, and quality of life of every person.
