Consultant in Energy & Utilities, he has more than 15 years of experience in both technical and process topics. His experience in Network Infrastructure Management solutions began in the traditional telco area (voice and data) in 1993 and continued in operational management in the 3G mobile Telco sector (2004). Since 2005 he has been dealing with the most common citizen services (Electricity, Gas, Water, Environment) following numerous complex projects in the main Italian and European multi-utilities. Expert in automated meter management (smart metering) and network management solutions (Smart Grid & Quality). Marciano also coordinated the development of optimization solutions that apply advanced mathematical programming solutions capable of predicting/preventing the maintenance of network equipment (Predictive Maintenance)
